All homeowners have a common maintenance problem whether they live in a brick, stucco, concrete block, or frame home. They must paint the eaves and fascia and these are the highest parts of their homes. Permalar can cover the eaves with a hidden vent vinyl soffit and cap the fascia with a custom formed vinyl coated aluminum trim. The vinyl soffit we use is fully vented, but the venting slots are hidden so the eaves are covered with a uniform look. No alternating panels of vented and unvented soffit to ruin the look of your eaves. Standard vented panels are available for the budget conscious consumer.
